WARRANTY
- 30 DAY WARRANTY and returns on NEW, USED and REFURBISHED items.
- NO WARRANTY and No Returns on items listed as FOR PARTS OR NOT WORKING.
- NO WARRANTY on items which have been tampered with, altered or damaged in return shipping.
- Buyer must report any missing or physically damaged items within 48 HOURS.
- Used batteries might have a shorter life than advertised by a manufacturer – we do not test or guarantee charge length.
RETURNS
- Please contact us first to obtain an return authorization – Items returned without notice will be rejected upon arrival.
- Buyer must be sent back the part within 5 business days after receiving return authorization from us.
- All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Buyer pays return shipping costs unless the item is DOA and buyer wants a replacement.
- All returned items must be unaltered and in the same exact condition as when we shipped them out.
